How We Move Wooden Playsets

It starts with a phone call or on-site consultation... We need to know what type of wooden play system you have. Most people call and say it has a fort, a slide, and 3 swings with an assortment of other options. The availabilty of swing sets found on the internet means, there are a multitude of manufacturers found in any given city. Some are made from DIY kits, plans, or Dad's Special Design. We need specific information such as where you bought it, brand name, or a picture sent to our e-mail. Price is based on level of difficulty, distance, and amount of time. Repairs are extra.

Some wooden swingsets were not meant to be moved... We use the information you give us to determine if your playset can be moved.  It's surprising how many people think we take the swings off and move the fort in one piece. That's a good way to break something on the play structure or break someone.  It's safer to break it down into moveable pieces that will fit through a 30" gate rather than tear down a section of fence or risk injury. We have touched over 50 different designs made by different companies over the years. We know how to move wooden backyard swing sets.

Taking a wooden playset apart is easy... Moving it and reassembling is not so easy. Once it's disassembled, we lug it from the backyard and load it on a trailer custom designed to move play equipment. Multiple straps are used to secure the load to the trailer and we move it to your new home. Then we mule it to the new backyard and reassemble it just like we found it at the original house.
