Playset Services, LLC is a growing, residential play equipment service company. We need motivated self starters to join our small company and help it grow. We offer a paid training program that will immerse you into an exciting and ever changing career in the playground equipment industry. Our goal is to train you and then send you in the field to manage our Houston or Austin branches. First year apprentices can earn $20,000-$28,000. Branch managers can earn $28,000-40,000 or more depending on your drive and ambition.

Minimum Requirements for Consideration:

	Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel
	Must be able to lift heavy objects
	Must be able to climb ladders and playsets
	Must be willing to work outside regardless of conditions
	Must be independent self starter
	Must be able to work in the U.S. legally
	Must pass background investigation. No Criminals!

This is hard work and not for everyone. If you're afraid to sweat or get dirty this opportunity is not for you. The jobs are diverse and can change daily. You have to be able to use your brain and your hands to fully enjoy this line of work. If you're just looking for a paycheck, this career will not suit you. You need to love what you do to be successful. We are looking to hire contractors to go through our training process and become branch manager/operators. Pay will initially be based on a percentage of the job performed and will change during training and again as a branch/manager operator.

	Knowledge of hand tools
	Ability to read and follow complicated manuals
	Willingness to work outside
	Willingness to relocate
	The ability to to organize time and staff
	Sales experience helpful
	Ability to roll with daily changes
	Previous management skills helpful
